Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to oversee 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring leadership and performance align with business plans. You will recruit, develop, and coach RGMs, drive customer satisfaction, and monitor financial results daily.

You will coach on the 4 Rights, lead rollout of programs, and maintain strong customer relations. Travel between stores is required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven track record of coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.

Responsibilities

• People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the “4 Rights” in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
• Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required and maintain a high activity level.
• Understand how customers are viewing your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis (VOC and CORE).
• Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success.
• Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.
• Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers, employees and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends.
