Job summary

C&C Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a Service Manager to lead our cross-trade service team (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). You will coach technicians, work with scheduling, and drive on-time, high-quality service while meeting department targets.

In this hands-on leadership role you will monitor KPIs, enforce safety and quality standards, manage client expectations, and collaborate with sales and dispatch to optimize field performance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical with a strong background in residential service and maintenance; multi-trade experience strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience leading a technician team and driving results.
• In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, codes, and compliance standards across trades.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in service management software; ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service technicians. Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and skill evaluations to drive improvement in technical quality and customer interaction across all three trades.
• Oversee daily service operations to ensure timely, efficient delivery of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services; collaborate with sales on improved processes.
• Monitor and track KPIs weekly; hold technicians to monthly targets and address performance gaps.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure safety, standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead recruiting efforts to attract top multi-trade talent in the local market.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs across all trades.
• Collaborate with sales, installation, and dispatch teams to coordinate job requirements.
• Prepare and analyze service reports, performance metrics, and financial data; report to General Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry codes.
