Job summary

Done Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric seeks an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead the service team in the Denver area. You will coach technicians, drive performance, manage KPIs, and ensure outstanding customer service while staying hands-on in the field when needed.

You’ll partner with the GM to monitor budgets and department goals, conduct weekly coaching sessions, and develop a culture of accountability and recognition within a growing home-services company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC.
• Previous hands-on field experience in the home-service industry.
• A leader who is comfortable getting in the truck and into the field with technicians.
• Strong customer-service and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to understand and manage performance metrics and KPIs.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 1:1s, technician ride-alongs, and coaching sessions
• Develop technicians in technical ability, customer service, communication, and performance
• Track team performance, KPIs, and department goals
• Provide technical support and help technicians work through challenging calls
• Help create a culture where expectations are clear and great performance is recognized
• Keep the GM updated on department performance, budget projections, and KPIs
• Be available to support the team when an employee is on call and an issue needs to be escalated
