Conditioned Air Systems is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead daily operations of the residential and commercial service department. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with dispatch, ensure service quality and safety, and drive department profitability.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, problem solving, and developing a high-performing team focused on customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC management or service leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Proven experience coaching and developing service technicians.
• Ability to diagnose complex HVAC problems and guide field personnel.
• Read and interpret HVAC manuals, schematics, and control circuits.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance, start-up, commissioning, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for service operations and dispatch coordination.
• Schedule and assign technicians based on skill, efficiency, and customer needs.
• Oversee service quality, safety standards, and profitability.
• Lead training, reviews, and development plans for technicians.
• Monitor job progress, parts usage, and invoicing for accurate billing.
• Develop maintenance agreements and service contracts with customers.
