Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple career levels to support the upkeep and readiness of our housing communities. You will perform general maintenance, get units ready for occupancy, and document repairs across HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and related trades.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather, entry into attics and crawl spaces, and driving for company business as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Must obtain EPA 608 Certification within 180 days from hire.
• OSHA-10 Training within 1 year from hire.
• DL Driver's License in state of residence is required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests including furnaces, air-conditioning, appliances, water heaters, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Performs skilled work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or locksmith trades.
• Documents work in accordance with company policy and ensures safety practices.
• Maintain tools and equipment in ready repair and safe condition.
• Assist in make-ready of vacated units including painting, carpentry, and flooring work.
• Conduct emergency maintenance such as water leaks, fires, or weather-related damage.
• Mentor Level 3 technicians and assist others with troubleshooting as needed.
