Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple locations in your district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and partner with General Managers to uphold performance standards, while delivering outstanding service.

This role includes a night-shift differential of $1.50/hr for 10pm–6am, set schedules with every other weekend off, and a robust benefits package (PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership and health coverage).

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds with assistance.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (Virginia law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve goals.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
