Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store performance across a district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and uphold service standards while traveling between nearby stores.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining service standards.
• Inspire and mentor staff, giving performance feedback to the GM.
• Work alongside team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on the customer.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment and regulatory adherence.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
