Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations and drive customer service across multiple stores in your district. You will delegate tasks, mentor team members, and partner with General Managers to maintain high performance in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities as described.
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Willingness to travel locally to support nearby stores.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores.
• Foster an engaging store culture by upholding performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
