Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store performance across a district, delegating tasks, mentoring teams, and upholding service standards. You will travel between nearby stores, maintain a positive culture, and deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring safety and compliance.

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members and maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide feedback to General Manager.
• Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations and service quality.
• Foster a positive store culture; embody company performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across locations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
