Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. seeks a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across district stores. You’ll supervise, mentor, and delegate to Store Team Members while maintaining service standards and a positive environment.

Expect frequent travel to nearby stores, a fast-paced atmosphere, and real opportunities to advance as the company expands. Night shift premium applies, with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks).
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve shared goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop the skills needed to deliver exceptional service, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
