Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across multiple locations in your district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and ensure outstanding service while traveling locally between stores.

This fast-paced role features set schedules, every other weekend off, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401k match, health, vision and dental coverage, plus snack discounts and a $1.50/hr night shift premium.

Qualifications

• Multitasking capable with physical activity such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 20 lb.
• Willingness to lift up to 40 lb with assistance on occasion.
• Must be at least 18 years old (note: some tasks may require 21+ in VA).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively for shared goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to store team members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor team members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment by adhering to standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
