Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across multiple stores in your district. You’ll drive performance, mentor team members, and maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Capable of multitasking and physical activities (bending, standing, reaching).
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lb; assist up to 40 lb with a partner.
• Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia may require 21 for certain tasks.
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed beyond 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide feedback to General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
