Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across several stores within your district. You will drive store performance, mentor staff, and ensure consistent customer service and operations.

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operating and service standards.
• Coach and mentor Team Members, provide feedback to the GM on performance.
• Collaborate with Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant work environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
