Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Manager to lead sourcing and selection for the Management Candidate Program and Internship Program. You will cultivate university partnerships and drive recruiting strategies nationwide, elevating the UNIQLO brand on campus.

You will manage a team, coordinate campus events, and align hiring goals with Stores Directors and HR. Expect travel and strong collaboration with university stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of top graduates.

Qualifications

• 4 years of recruiting experience; at least 2 years in college recruiting
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel approx. 30%
• Proficient in major social media networks
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a pipeline for new graduates to join the UNIQLO Management Program
• Develop and lead university relationships for long-term value
• Lead campus recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, and on-campus interviews
• Manage a high-performing UMC team and align with store and HR goals
• Coordinate hiring budgets and monitor recruiting data for optimization
• Strategize recruitment across social media and campus outreach
