J.Crew Factory in New York, NY seeks a Facilities Coordinator to keep our stores operating safely and smoothly across a multi-state portfolio. You’ll track work orders, manage vendor performance, and ensure locations stay safe, functional, and ready for business.

You’ll partner with store teams, vendors, and internal partners, handling invoices up to $2,500, daily maintenance tasks, after-hours emergencies, and routine audits. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong sense of urgency and detail orientation.
• 1–2 years of retail or facilities experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with stores, vendors and internal partners.

• Monitor and process PMs and store scheduled services.
• Provide management with vendor performance analyses and reports.
