Job summary

J.Crew Factory in New York, NY seeks a Facilities Coordinator to keep our stores operating safely and smoothly across a multi-state portfolio. You’ll track work orders, manage vendor performance, and ensure locations stay safe, functional, and ready for business.

You’ll partner with store teams, vendors, and internal partners, handling invoices up to $2,500, daily maintenance tasks, after-hours emergencies, and routine audits. Strong organization and communication are essential.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of repairs and maintenance across a large, multi-state portfolio of store locations, from tracking work orders to managing vendor performance, while building the organizational instincts and problem-solving skills that come with keeping stores operating at their best. This role rewards people who are detail-oriented and move with urgency. You'll juggle multiple open issues, follow through with vendors and stores, and know when to escalate.
