Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding U.S. Developments Team to drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs.

This is not a single-site project management role. You will own multiple construction projects across several states, helping transform travel plazas, fuel facilities and convenience retail locations, plus national QSR brands, through design, permitting, procurement and construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects, often across several states.
• Cost & Commercial Management: Monitor budgets, forecasts and expenditures; review pricing and change orders.
• Construction Management: Conduct site visits, monitor progress, resolve challenges, review documents, support turnover.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate development, operations, design, restaurant brands and construction teams; report progress to leadership.
