Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Processor I (Online Room) to handle multi-state vehicle title and registration tasks using Transtitle, Avocado, VITU, CVR, and other platforms. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely communication while navigating state regulations.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a compensation range of $22–$24 per hour. Prior experience with online processing systems and MS Office is valued, along with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with vehicle title/registration processing preferred.
• Experience with online title/registration systems (Transtitle/Avocado/VITU/CVR or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state vehicle title and registration transactions accurately and efficiently using online systems.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness; escalate discrepancies or system issues as needed.
• Apply problem-solving and critical thinking to resolve basic processing issues per procedures.
• Multitask and prioritize daily assignments while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain required system access across Online Room states, including 50% jurisdiction coverage.
• Follow procedures, compliance protocols, and state regulations for all transactions.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with team members and leadership regarding workflow and issues.
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and respectful team environment.
