Job summary

Edge Settlement Associates is seeking a detail‑oriented Title Agency Processor/Closer to manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract receipt through closing prep in Reading, PA.

You will be the primary liaison among buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate pros, attorneys, and internal staff to ensure every file progresses accurately and in compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of title processing, escrow processing, mortgage processing, or real estate transaction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of title commitments, title insurance, and settlement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and establish new escrow/title files and review agreements for accuracy.
• Coordinate with attorneys, underwriters, lenders and clients to resolve title defects and ensure timely closings.
• Ensure compliance with ALTA Best Practices, RESPA, CFPB regulations and data privacy standards.

Skills

Strong computer proficiency

Knowledge of residential real estate

Microsoft Office proficiency

Title production software experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
