Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing.
• Experience handling high-volume, multi-state payroll.
• Construction or multi-entity payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with certified payroll and prevailing-wage requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for multiple entities and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Review, import, and validate time, pay rates, deductions, and other payroll data.
• Research and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Handle off-cycle payments, manual checks, and adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports for federal/state projects.
• Ensure wage rates, fringe benefits, and classifications meet requirements.
