Job summary

Fix Network is seeking an HR Generalist to support and administer HR programs across multiple states. You will partner with managers and employees, guiding on employee relations, policy compliance, and HR initiatives. Experience with Rippling HRIS and multi-state operations is essential.

The role emphasizes onboarding, lifecycle management, and collaboration with Payroll and Benefits teams in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel and office-based work are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS.
• Experience managing onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong data analysis and HR reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Promote and educate employees on company benefits, programs, policies, and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations issues.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
• Administer progressive discipline according to policy.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide turnover analysis to leadership.
• Maintain employee records in Rippling and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy.
