Job summary

Mondofix Inc. in Naples, Florida is seeking an HR Generalist to support and administer HR programs across a multi-state workforce. You will partner with managers on employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR initiatives, while ensuring data integrity in Rippling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee relations matters.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and company practices to managers and employees.
• Educate employees on benefits, programs, policies, and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations issues.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
• Administer progressive discipline per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, equipment, training).
• Manage employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, compensation changes, terminations).
• Maintain employee records in Rippling and other HR systems; ensure data integrity.
• Process HR transactions in Rippling (hiring, terminations, status changes).
• Assist with updating and creating job descriptions as needed.
• Monitor training compliance and required regulatory trainings.
• Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams on employee programs and records.
• Support safety, OSHA training, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention programs.
• Develop and communicate HR policies; identify process improvements.
• Occasional travel to company locations and field sites; support across multiple states.
• Respond to HR inquiries via phone, email, HRIS, and in person; maintain confidentiality.
