Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and laws.
• Promote and educate employees on benefits, programs, and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Conduct workplace investigations and assist in resolving employee relations matters.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and training assignments.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes and HR records in Rippling.
