Job summary

Blue Signal is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a large multi-state field territory spanning four states, with autonomy to manage day-to-day priorities and a company-provided sales vehicle for travel.

Ideal candidates will hunt for new business while growing and expanding established accounts, developing relationships with customer leadership and coordinating cross-functional resources to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales or business development experience with territory ownership.
• Strong hunter mentality with consistent prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a four-state territory strategy with autonomy over day-to-day priorities.
• Spend significant time in the field visiting customers, prospecting, and traveling.
• Generate opportunities via outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, market research, and face-to-face engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and connect them with solutions.
• Expand existing accounts by uncovering needs and driving additional opportunities.
• Present to customer leadership and conduct annual or biannual business reviews.
