Meier Insurance Agency is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to grow our client base within the specified territory. You will mentor junior team members, lead by example, and contribute to the sales strategy while delivering strong results in a competitive market.

The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building, and a proactive, self-driven approach with opportunities for advancement within a growing organization. In-person, field-based sales with incentives and ongoing training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered).
• Sales Experience with a Proven Track Record of Success (preferred).
• Strong Communication Skills and Self-Driven Professionalism are essential.
