Boutique Recruiting is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand a four-state territory across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Wyoming. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, developing relationships with distributors, contractors, landscape supply stores, and retailers, and turning new opportunities into long-term accounts.

You should be self-motivated, comfortable traveling, and able to manage a multi-state schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of territory or outside sales experience preferred.
• Hunter mentality with ability to prospect and build a pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business across WA, OR, ID, and WY.
• Manage a small portfolio while pursuing new accounts.
• Build relationships with distributors, contractors, stores, and retailers.
• Plan daily travel and deliver product presentations.
• Follow up on leads and create opportunities through outreach.
• Maintain relationships from outreach to order placement and growth.
• Collaborate with service, marketing, and sales teams to grow the territory.
