Service Pros Installation Group is seeking an Area Installation Recruiting Specialist to lead flooring installer recruiting, onboarding, and performance across a defined multi-state territory. This field-based role is based in Waldorf, MD, with regular travel and ongoing support for the Lowe’s flooring customer experience through store visits and in-home measurement activities.

You will manage recruiting and onboarding end to end, use reporting to improve hiring efficiency and quality, and work

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
3–5 years in talent acquisition, field ops, or customer service management preferred.
Ability to travel up to 75% across a multi-state territory.
Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment of flooring installers across a multi-state territory using targeted sourcing methods.
Review applicant and survey data to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
Negotiate installer cost structures to fit local market rates and cost model.
Maintain knowledge of contractor marketplace, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
Design onboarding and training for newly contracted installers to represent the company professionally.
