Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a part-time Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support administrative and compliance tasks across 15 states. You will track medical and health documentation, monitor deadlines, and coordinate follow-ups with operations, HR, and other teams.

You will work closely with the CEO to ensure records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date, handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine compliance reports, spreadsheets, checklists, and tracking documents.
• Maintain accurate compliance databases and update records across states.
• Provide updates to the CEO on outstanding documentation and compliance items.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve issues.
• Assist with licensing reviews, inspections, and audits.
