Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs is seeking a Compliance & Automation Specialist to support documentation, licensing, and compliance across multiple states. You will organize records, track deadlines, and coordinate follow-up with Operations, Registration, HR, and other teams.

The role focuses on tracking required medical and health documentation, ensuring timely renewals, and maintaining confidential records.

Responsabilidades

• Track state-specific childcare licensing and documentation requirements.
• Monitor expiration dates and coordinate follow-up on required updates.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases, checklists, and compliance records.
• Organize documentation for licensing reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Track outstanding compliance items and follow up through completion.
• Prepare routine compliance reports and provide updates to the CEO.
• Communicate with internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve documentation issues.
• Identify discrepancies or potential compliance concerns and elevate them to the CEO or appropriate department.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling children's, family, and employee information.
• Assist with compliance projects and other related administrative duties as assigned.
