Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a highly organized Compliance Coordinator to support documentation, licensing, and multi-state regulatory requirements across our growing childcare network.

Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with Operations, Registration, and HR, you will track medical records, ensure timely renewals, maintain compliant records, and prepare routine reports for leadership.

This in-person, part-time role is based in Fishkill, NY.

Responsabilidades

• Track required medical and health documentation for children across multiple states.
• Review records for missing, incomplete, or expired documentation.
• Monitor expiration dates and coordinate follow-up on required updates.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases, checklists, and compliance records.
• Organize documentation for licensing reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Prepare routine compliance reports for the CEO.
