Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle service requests and perform a range of tasks across the community. You will support make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and preventative maintenance while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Role requires on-site work, dependable transportation, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays. Candidates should demonstrate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills and maintain safety and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification desired.
• High school diploma preferred; trade school certification is a plus.
• Demonstrate knowledge of maintenance skills including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment within the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and perform required repairs.
