Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead safety initiatives and implement our Global WHS Program at a Santa Fe site. You will drive risk assessments, analyze incident trends, lead audits, and manage the first aid and emergency response capabilities to protect associates while maintaining productivity.

You will collaborate with Operations leaders to embed safety into daily routines, develop leadership plans, and leverage data analytics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Global WHS Program implementation and safety initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement solutions.
• Perform site audits and manage the first aid program and emergency response.
• Partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
• Travel 50–70% and adapt to varying shifts.
