Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead our Global WHS Program implementation and act as the site safety champion.

You will work closely with Operations to drive safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and analyze data to protect our associates while maintaining productivity. Requires 3+ years in WHS or related fields, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel 50–70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and be the site's safety champion.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical safety solutions.
• Drive safety initiatives with Operations leadership and monitor audits and incident trends.
• Travel 50–70% and manage first aid and emergency response capabilities.
