Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead operations across multiple facilities and drive efficiency and safety for residents and property teams.

You will own site performance, coach drivers and supervisors, and partner with HR and Compliance to implement scalable processes. In this role, you will manage labor planning, attendance, route optimization, inventory accuracy, and on-site vendor relationships while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams in operations or warehouse management.
• Strong track record with operational metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-site warehouse operations across 1–3 facilities.
• Direct people manager for supervisors and hourly staff; collaborate with HR.
• Manage timesheets, punch changes, overtime, and attendance compliance.
• Train and develop warehouse staff including drivers and supervisors.
• Foster a safety-first culture and OSHA compliance at the site.
• Solve on-site issues independently, coordinating with remote teams.
• Conduct daily stand-ups and review SLA performance with teams.
• Use reporting tools to track performance and drive decisions.
• Coordinate and optimize delivery operations and inventory accuracy daily.
• Manage contractor onboarding and fleet/vendor relationships.
• Ensure access control and security for multifamily properties.
