Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Atlanta to lead multi-site warehouse operations, including labor planning and performance management across 1–3 facilities. You will supervise drivers, associates, and supervisors, owning site performance, culture, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in operations/warehouse management.
• Experience managing labor planning and frontline teams.
• Proven ability to drive performance metrics and accountability.
• Experience with independent contractor or 1099 driver relationships preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean/Kaizen or process standardization is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site warehouse operations (1–3 facilities) including labor planning and performance.
• Directly manage warehouse supervisors and hourly staff with coaching and HR alignment.
• Review timesheets, overtime, and attendance; enforce accountability.
• Train and develop warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors.
• Foster a culture of safety and wellbeing per policies, OSHA, and security standards.
• Operate as a self-sufficient on-site owner, coordinating with remote teams.
• Conduct daily stand-ups; monitor SLA attainment and vehicle inspections.
• Use operational data to drive decisions and improve site performance.
• Coordinate delivery operations, route efficiency, and special requests.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and location audits daily.
