Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead multi-site warehouse operations across 1–3 facilities in the Atlanta area.

You will manage a team of drivers, associates, and supervisors, own site performance, culture, and outcomes, and partner with HR and Compliance. This role requires autonomy, data-driven decision making, and a strong focus on safety, process improvement, and delivering an outstanding resident experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team including supervisors and hourly staff
• Experience managing to operational metrics and data-driven improvement
• Experience with labor planning and scheduling across fluctuating volumes
• Exposure to independent contractor or 1099 driver relationships (preferred)
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long shifts

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site warehouse operations across 1–3 facilities
• Direct people manager for warehouse supervisors and hourly staff
• Review timesheets, overtime, and attendance; ensure compliance
• Train and develop warehouse staff including drivers and supervisors
• Drive safety culture and compliance with policies, OSHA, and security standards
• Own on-site operations autonomously and coordinate with remote teams
• Lead daily stand-ups and monitor SLA performance
• Use reports to track site performance and drive decisions
• Coordinate delivery operations including routes and rush requests
• Manage inventory accuracy and location audits
• Onboard and coordinate independent contractors with Compliance
• Oversee vehicle readiness, maintenance, and inspections
• Conduct monthly ride-alongs to coach performance
• Support other Fetch lines with labor and planning
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and scalability
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to resolve issues
