Job summary
Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead multi-site warehouse operations in Atlanta. You will manage a team of supervisors, drivers, and hourly staff, drive performance, and ensure safety and efficiency across our last-mile network.
You will own site performance, culture, and outcomes, partnering with HR and Compliance to maintain standards and scale operations in a fast-growing, service-focused environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of people leadership in warehouse/operations; coaching, performance management, and staff development.
- Experience managing to operational metrics and data-driven improvements.
- Experience with independent contractor/1099 driver relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-site warehouse operations across 1–3 facilities.
- Directly manage warehouse supervisors and hourly staff with performance reviews.
- Review timesheets, overtime, and attendance daily.
- Train and develop warehouse staff including drivers and supervisors.
- Ensure safety culture and OSHA compliance at the site.
- Coordinate with independent contractors and fleet teams as needed.
- Lead operational improvement initiatives and data-driven changes.
- Partner with Customer Experience to improve processes and resident experience.
