Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead multi-site operations in Addison, TX, and drive the full package fulfillment at the site. You will manage labor, staffing, performance, and safety while building a high-caliber team of supervisors, drivers, and hourly staff.

Formación

• 3+ years of leadership in operations or warehouse management, preferably in last-mile delivery.
• Experience with labor planning, scheduling, and contractor relationships.
• Strong execution of safety standards and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multi-site warehouse operations across 1–3 facilities, including labor planning and staffing coordination.
• Lead warehouse supervisors and hourly staff with performance coaching and HR-aligned decisions.
• Review timesheets, overtime, and attendance; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop staff through ongoing coaching and leadership development.
• Drive safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance and security standards.
• Oversee fleet readiness, vehicle inspections, and maintenance coordination.
• Coordinate with independent contractors and ensure smooth onboarding and engagement.
• Monitor key metrics and drive data-informed decisions to improve SLA attainment.
