Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations and growth for multi-site urgent care clinics. You will manage staffing, training, supplies, workflow, and billing processes while guiding site supervisors toward operational excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, payroll oversight, inventory control, and recruitment. You will partner with Market Leaders and Quality/Training teams to drive process improvements and maintain high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead operation of multi-urgent care centers, manage staffing, training, supplies, workflow and billing processes.
• Coach and discipline staff with HR guidance as needed.
• Oversee daily center management and on-site presence to ensure patient care.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, implement changes.
• Schedule staffing to meet volume-based targets and manage payroll/overtime.
• Oversee inventory, formulary adherence, and supplies stocking.
• Recruit, interview and hire staff; oversee onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with Market Leaders and Quality/Training for improvements.
• Participate in weekend on-call coverage and staff meetings.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and monitor satisfaction, feedback, and staff coaching.
