Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; health-care management preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred in health, nursing, business, or public administration.
• Minimum five years in management of physician practices, clinics or hospital departments.
• Experience overseeing multiple clinics or urgent care sites a must.
• Lean training and project leadership experience a plus.
• Budgeting, contract negotiations, and practice management software familiarity.
