The position focuses on leadership, communication, and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities for performance metrics, financials, and growth initiatives within a supportive health system.

Qualifications

• Education: High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year supervisory role in physician clinic setting.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic staff to deliver a high-quality patient experience and outcomes.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff performance and engagement.
• Support providers through effective communication and coordination of care.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient access.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and EHR use.
• Manage practice performance, including financials, work queues, and key metrics.
• Drive patient experience, quality improvement, and growth initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
