Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of supervisory or management experience (required).
• Experience in multi-site healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, training, supplies, workflow, billing, and customer service across urgent care clinics.
• Coach and discipline employees with HR support.
• Manage daily operations on-site at least 80% of the time.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Schedule staff shifts within budget and staffing model.
• Oversee inventory and formulary compliance.
• Recruit and hire personnel.
• Facilitate onboarding and training.
• Ensure patient experience and communications.
