Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations and growth for multi-urgent care clinics. You will oversee staffing, training, workflow, billing processes, and customer service while guiding site supervisors to meet goals.

The role requires on-site management, KPI monitoring, budgeting, and collaboration with market leaders for quality improvements. On-site availability and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

2 years of supervisory or management experience required.
Supervisory or management experience in multi-site healthcare setting preferred.
Associates degree in healthcare management, nursing, business administration, or related field required.
Experience may substitute education.

Responsibilities

Lead positive culture and teamwork; servant leadership.
Communicate with clinic managers to coach and improve culture and teamwork.
Coach and disciplinary actions with HR support.
Manage daily operations of urgent care centers; be on-site 80% of the time.
Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to operations.
