HomeTown Services in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support multiple subsidiaries in a defined region. This role partners with General Managers to drive staffing in line with growth expectations and revenue targets.

You will manage full cycle recruiting, onboarding, and candidate experience, using ATS tools and AI-assisted sourcing. Join a team-focused, growth-oriented environment across multi-site locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition with multi-site focus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and manage end-to-end recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong talent pipeline across territory.
• Screen, evaluate, and submit candidates; coordinate interviews.
• Manage onboarding, offers, background checks, and dates of hire.
• Ensure candidates are processed through ATS and background checks.
• Lead weekly recruiting meetings with managers and HR teams.
• Engage with acquisitions during due diligence and integration.
• Track recruitment metrics; leverage AI tools for sourcing.
• Oversee external partnerships and recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
