Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Branch Security Supervisor to oversee guarding operations across multiple sites. You will supervise Security Officers, conduct inspections, coach staff, and ensure post orders are followed while coordinating with Branch management and clients.

Ideal candidate has supervisory experience in security, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and incident responses across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (pager or phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers and/or other personnel; ensures high quality service and initiates corrective action.
• Meet with Branch management or client representatives for status updates and address problems; support during start-ups.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development and retention of staff; ensure dignity and respect.
• Assign and direct work; coach employees and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional environment in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Communicate with Branch management on scheduling, staffing, equipment, and records for smooth service delivery.
• Inspect client sites to ensure coverage and post order compliance; visit client representatives for satisfaction.
