Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Multi‑Site Director to oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple program sites in New York. The role involves visiting sites, supporting teachers, and building strong school‑level partnerships to ensure high‑quality programs for children aged 5–12.

You will manage staffing, enrollment, and licensing compliance, coordinate schedules to meet ratios, and collaborate with principals to resolve issues and maintain a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with supervisory experience.
• Two years of experience with children under 13, including supervisory role.
• Must pass a full background check including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: recruit, hire, onboard and schedule site staff to ensure full coverage at all locations.
• Payroll & scheduling: approve timecards, monitor payroll costs and optimize schedules.
• Enrollment & program quality: monitor enrollment, support families, ensure program quality across sites.
• State licensing compliance: ensure licensing requirements, maintain records and trainings.
• Building-level partnerships: serve as HKP’s day-to-day contact with school leadership and foster strong relationships.
