Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs seeks a Multi-Site Childcare Director to oversee after-school programs across two Vermont locations. This hybrid leadership + hands-on role involves supporting Site Directors, staffing, and direct interaction with children to maintain required staffing ratios.

You will ensure high-quality programming, VT DCF regulatory compliance, staffing stability, enrollment health, and smooth daily operations across sites, with a focus on growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ and bachelor’s degree or higher.
• One of the VT credentials or experiences listed (see requirements).
• Experience with supervising, mentoring staff, and implementing high-quality programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead program leadership and quality across two VT sites.
• Coach Site Directors and staff; ensure staffing ratios and compliance.
• Oversee enrollment, attendance, and reporting; manage licensing readiness.
