Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Multi-Site Childcare Director to oversee after-school programs at two Vermont locations. This hybrid leadership + hands-on role requires working closely with Site Directors, staff, and children to maintain required staff-to-child ratios and high-quality programming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two Vermont after-school programs and ensure high-quality, compliant operations.
• Coach Site Directors and staff; monitor licensing readiness and documentation.
• Lead enrollment growth and family engagement across sites.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and leadership teams.
• Maintain safe, inclusive environments and accurate reporting.
