Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Multi‑Site Director to oversee day‑to‑day operations at multiple school sites in NY. You’ll visit sites, support teachers, and build strong relationships with school staff to ensure programs run smoothly.

The role requires organizing schedules, recruiting and developing site staff, and maintaining licensing compliance across locations. Regular travel between Fort Montgomery, New Windsor, Newburgh, and Tuxedo Park is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field plus 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of supervisory experience.
• NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit to maintain a pipeline of qualified site-level candidates.
• Interview, hire, and onboard teachers and Site Directors across locations.
• Build daily and weekly staff schedules; manage coverage proactively so sites are never understaffed.
• Visit sites regularly to observe program quality and coach Site Directors and teachers.
