Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Multi-Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations across several school sites. The role involves regular site visits, staff support, and strong relationships with school personnel to ensure HKP is a trusted partner in every building.

You will travel regularly between Fort Montgomery, New Windsor, Newburgh, and Tuxedo Park sites, manage staffing schedules, ensure licensing compliance, and partner with principals to maintain enrollment targets and program

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in child development, education, or related field and 2+ years with children.
Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field and 2 years supervisory experience.
NY State program administrator credential plus 2 years experience.
School-age credential or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Staffing: recruit, hire, onboard site staff and directors; schedule across locations.
Enrollment & program quality: monitor enrollment, support families, ensure program quality.
State licensing: ensure licensing, compliance, training, and documentation are up to date.
Building-level partnerships: serve as primary contact with principals and school staff; resolve issues.
Payroll & scheduling: manage timecards, payroll costs, and scheduling efficiency using Paylocity.
